Our plant is an USDA approved and BRC audited meat processing facility.  We are in compliance with Global Food Safety Initiatives (GFSI), USDA, State, Federal, and company regulations, policies and procedures (including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), SSOP’s and safety regulations).
